To keep our prices low, we operate strictly as an online store and do not have a physical location open to the public.

We accept online payments through Payfast only.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

*Please Note. Express shipping will only ship out the same day, if ordered before 10h00 on that day. Orders placed after 10h00 for express shipping will only be dispatched the following day (excluding weekends). Unfortunately, once your parcel has left our premises, we have no control over your order. Any delays in shipping will be the courier’s responsibility and 4x4 Innovations can not be held reponsible,. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, please let us know so we can contact the shipping company for further investigation.

Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, the courier’s Terms and Conditions will apply. Customers are encouraged to review the courier’s T&Cs for details regarding claims, compensation, and handling processes.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY


4x4 Innovations guarantee all products to be free of defects at time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.

Prior to returning faulty products you agree to contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to effect the return. Returns on faulty or damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, together with a proof of purchase, in the original packing.

In the unlikely event that a product should become faulty during the warranty period, the product may be returned in order for us to repair or replace the item.

The manufacturer or its official distributing agent will, at their sole discretion, determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. 

Also note that a 15% Handling fee may be levied on ALL RETURNS of correctly supplied, or non-defective goods as per order displayed, if returned within 30 days (In its original packaging and in a resaleable condition), If the above trems are not met the items cannot be returned. Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods to us will be for your account.

No Warranty on DIY FITMENTS!!! We sell Aftermarket NON-OEM products, so we cannot confirm that all items will always fit 100%
